If you receive a product that does not meet with your expectations please let us know. We will replace, repair or refund any purchase made in our shop or on-line store. Please return items in the original packaging along with instructions outlining your wishes and your contact information. Return shipping is not refundable. Replacement items will be shipped at no charge.
Only products that are returned in new, unused condition can be exchanged or refunded. Refunds can only be made to the account that purchased the items. Returns must be made within 10 days of purchase. Items purchased as gifts will be given a grace period on this policy, just give us a call. There will be no refunds or cash payouts on Gift Cards.
Used, broken or mostly destroyed products will be returned to the manufacturer for warranty repair at no additional cost. Normal handling fees added by the manufacturers will apply. Please call for more information on warranties and manufacturers policies.
Orders placed for items listed as available ship within three business days. If you need faster service because you're leaving on a fishing trip, just call. We'll do our best to get it to you in plenty of time.
Remember, there is no sales tax in Oregon!
